Position Overview:
A flex officer is expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, demonstrating adaptability, reliability, and effective communication skills.
They must be punctual, versatile, and able to quickly learn and adhere to site-specific protocols while providing courteous customer service and resolving conflicts calmly.
Vigilance and the ability to respond promptly to incidents and emergencies are crucial. Flex officers should be physically fit to conduct regular patrols and capable of using and monitoring security equipment proficiently. Ongoing training and maintaining necessary certifications are essential to stay updated on security practices and technologies.Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Armed Security Officer License (Level 3).
- Prior security experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in highstress situations.
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- On call
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Round Rock, TX: Relocate before starting work (required)
