Overview:
Must Have to Qualify:
- 2 Years of Food Grade Experience
- 1 Year of USDA/FDA Guidelines
- Multiple Shift Management
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of employees to ensure operational excellence
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency
- Drive sales initiatives and monitor performance metrics
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
- Manage profit and loss statements to meet financial targets
- Oversee project management activities to ensure timely completion
- Collaborate with senior management on business development strategies
Must Have Experience:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in operations management
- Strong background in supervising teams and driving sales results
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and process improvement
- Proficient in profit and loss management
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and similar software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay:
$85, $100,000.00 per year
