To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Technical Director for Turnkey Construction (m/f/d) in Bristol.

Your responsibilities

Establishment and development of the internal construction department
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to develop solutions
Management of a team of project and construction managers, as well as planners in the turnkey construction sector
Responsibility for the operational business
Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees, as well as structuring and delegation of tasks
Independent work in the phases 6-8 of the HOAI (German fee structure for architects and engineers)
