As a Lamkin Tour Coordinator, you will act as the liaison between delivery personnel, transportation companies, depots, and the first point of contact for any questions regarding the delivery and pick-up process.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT? * You will be responsible for managing our transportation partners from A-Z and working closely with them to continuously improve our processes * Your main focus will always be on our customers and recipients * Your daily tasks will include creating reports, discussing areas for improvement, and assisting with daily scheduling * You will be the go-to person for any questions about our processes and tools * Of course, you won't be doing this alone, as you will work as part of a team with other colleagues WHAT DO YOU NEED? * You possess excellent communication skills and are able to work closely with others * You have a strong customer service mindset * You are able to analyze data and identify areas for improvement * You are a team player and enjoy working collaboratively with others.
