- Conducting a final quality check before MDS transmission.
- Guiding and supporting resident, patient, and family education alongside colleagues.
- Training new nurses on the RAI process and offering retraining as needed.
- Active and valid Licensure in Minnesota
- AANAC certification as a Resident Assessment Coordinator (RAC-CT) or the ability to obtain it upon hire.
- Proficiency with MDS 3.0 and up-to-date knowledge of Medicare guidelines.
- PR Certification or the ability to acquire it upon employment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
