An international logistics and transportation company is seeking a talented software engineering or agile coaching expert with experience in large-scale projects to join their team in Bay St.

Louis, MS.


Location:
Hamburg, with 2 days of remote work

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the agile transformation of the team and newly implemented information system
  • Provide coaching and training, and develop elearning tools for users and product development teams
  • Participate in and prepare for external audits
  • Communicate with internal teams, managers, and stakeholders

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as an agile coach, software engineering process group leader, scrum master, or methodology software engineer
  • Indepth knowledge of software engineering methods, standards, and tools
  • Strong understanding of agile scaling approaches
  • Willingness to occasionally travel internationally
  • Certified in SAFe SPC, RTE, CI CD, and CMMI
  • Some experience with auditing and relevant industry experience is a plus.
