Description

Responsibilities:

Setup and Operate OMAX Waterjet Machine Center to produce parts according to engineering drawings and specifications
Select the appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the machining process
Collaborate with engineers and designers to optimize machining processes and improve overall efficiency
Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

Proven experience as a setup operator, with experience operating a Waterjet Machine center.
Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and metallic materials
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
