    Description

    This role based in Cleveland, OH offers relocation assistance.

    We are seeking electrical engineers with industrial experience.

    Salary range: $150K - $170K+, in addition to benefits.

    Your Role:

    • Lead, motivate, and support your team throughout all project stages.
    • Collaborate closely with senior management to streamline project processes.
    • Key involvement in identifying and recruiting top talent.
    • Mentor team members to foster their growth.
    • Manage project planning, cost, and schedule effectively.
    • Ensure high quality and accuracy standards are consistently met.
    • Address challenging issues proactively and innovate solutions.
    • Develop strong client relationships leveraging your technical expertise.
    • Engage in business development activities to keep the team innovative.

    What You Bring:

    • Minimum of 12 years of electrical engineering experience, focusing on areas like power distribution.
    • BS in Electrical Engineering required.
    • Professional Engineer license is preferable.
    • Strong leadership skills with a minimum of 3 years in management.
    • Familiarity with Front End Engineering and Design processes.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
    • Outstanding communication skills to enhance teamwork.
