To strengthen our customer service team in Bönen, Germany, we are currently looking for a motivated: Asset & Customer Service Team Lead
Your responsibilities
- Leading, motivating and coordinating the customer service team for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
- Assisting in the consultation and support of international customers, especially major customers from the German retail industry
- Liaising with external customers as well as internal departments such as central logistics, accounting, sales and operations management
- Timely processing of customer orders
- Handling of complaints
- Maintenance and management of master data
- Participation in national and international projects
- Preparation of various system reports and key figure reporting
- Handling of inventory evaluations, including subsequent clarification of inventory differences
- Continuous optimization of processes in customer service
