Position:

  • Strategic and operational management of the technical and sales departments
  • Constructive and cooperative collaboration with the managing partner
  • Responsibility for the company's development in strategic and operational aspects
  • Revenue and profit responsibility, representing the company at national and international level
  • Ensuring sustainable use of resources and promoting a lean management culture within the company
  • Supervision of a foreign subsidiary and regular onsite visits
  • Further development of the company's strategy together with the management team

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed technical studies or equivalent qualification with proven professional and leadership responsibility at the department head and managing director level
  • Extensive professional experience in technical sales, ideally in metal processing or mechanical engineering, with an international customer base
  • Leadership experience in a mediumsized, familyowned company
  • Solid business knowledge
  • Committed, proactive and performanceoriented personality with a handson mentality
  • Innovative with comprehensive methodological competence in conceptual and strategic matters
  • Valueoriented, motivating leader with excellent communication and cooperation skills
  • Negotiation skills in English, international experience and willingness to travel
