Summary:


As a Help Desk Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of desktop systems within the organization.

Your expertise will be focused on supporting Windows 10 endpoints, managing deployment processes, and leveraging modern management tools like AutoPilot and Endpoint Manager (Intune).


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for embracing and supporting Harford Bank's Core Values and Vision.
  • Perform Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 Defender, Microsoft Purview, Endpoint Manager (Intune), Azure Active Directory, and Teams.
  • Desktop Support:
  • Provide technical assistance to endusers for Windows 10related issues.
  • Assist with hardware installations, upgrades, and replacements.
  • AutoPilot Deployment:
  • Collaborate with IT Director to design and implement Windows 10 deployment strategies using AutoPilot.
  • Configure and manage device profiles, settings, and policies for seamless user onboarding.
  • Endpoint Manager (Intune) Administration:
  • Utilize Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) for device management and security.
  • Manage device profiles, compliance policies, and conditional access rules.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Intunerelated issues.
  • User Training and Documentation:
  • Conduct training sessions for endusers on Windows 10 features, best practices, and security guidelines.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to desktop support processes and procedures.
  • Participate in crossfunctional projects related to desktop infrastructure enhancements.
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or

Microsoft Certified:
Endpoint Manager Administrator Associate are a plus.

  • Proficiency in Windows 10 troubleshooting, configuration, and deployment.
  • Familiarity with AutoPilot and Intune (Endpoint Manager) for device management.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with endusers.
