- Closely interact and coordinate with internal stakeholders in Operations and Underwriting located in various regions and markets, as well as with external stakeholders such as clients, brokers
- Process and administer client inquire in systems and tools, issuing of documents administration throughout their entire lifecycle
- Support the underwriting and renewal processes in analysis, development, and evaluation of documents, such as underwriting files, MRA agreements and preparing policies or cover notes draft
- Coordinate with other team members globally to ensure client service to our global credit clients.
- Analyze and identify premium and fee discrepancies and determine appropriate measures
- You have obtained first experience in area with financial intuition or corporates credit products
- Previous experience in client facing role preferably in finance environment
- Completed commercial education preferably banking specialist or bachelor studies in economics or Associates Degree or job experience equivalent
- Basic knowledge and understanding of trade finance and/or guarantee business
- Familiar with AML procedures and sanctions, commercial and company law
- Proficiency in English language, reading, written and verbal, is a must.
- Demonstrate good digital literacy and experience with Microsoft Office. SWIFT messages for documentary business a plus
- Demonstrate proficiency in intermediate level math, administrative and clerical procedures including handling files and records, general economic and accounting principles, and processes for providing customer service
- Experience with Credit Insurance business, including Bank Trade Finance, Trade Credit Insurance, Commodity Finance and Political Risk Insurance lines
- Knowledge of additional languages of relevant markets (French, German)
