The ideal candidate will ensure smooth machinery operation and maintenance to uphold continuous, efficient production of high-quality food products. This role demands expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, with a knack for troubleshooting and repair. Upholding safety and superior product standards is paramount.
- Regularly inspect machinery to ensure proper function.
- Perform preventative maintenance, including cleaning and lubrication.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
- Collaborate with production and quality control for seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and adhere to safety protocols.
- Manage spare parts inventory and assist with new equipment installation.
- Provide training and support to team members on equipment maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; mechanical or electrical engineering certification or degree preferred.
- Proven experience in maintenance within food manufacturing or related industry.
