- Serving as the main point of contact for departments regarding the progress of implemented applications.
- Developing and maintaining training documentation for business processes.
- Evaluating application effectiveness through branch visits and system compliance reports.
- Providing recommendations for process enhancements and training opportunities based on data analysis.
- Helping ensure timely testing and delivery of new system requirements and enhancements.
- Supporting project testing, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with the development team to improve system functionality.

Position: Business Solutions Coordinator
The Business Solutions Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the implementation of new projects and application updates within the IT department. They work closely with team members across different branches to evaluate application effectiveness, identify issues, and provide improvement recommendations to the Business Process Analyst Team. This role involves on-site visits to observe and assist team members, as well as providing training and guidance on system usage and best practices.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus), proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently. Prior teaching or training experience is advantageous.
