Essential Functions:
- Oversee a one
- Collaborate with Human Resources and Payroll team to answer questions related to off cycle payroll requests, compensation changes, or benefits updates
- Calculate quarterly or annual bonuses in coordination with Operations team and company management
- Update and distribute scheduled payroll reports for management and operational review
- Maintain appropriate payroll records in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Oversee quarterly and yearend checklist in conjunction with thirdparty, ADP, to assist in preparation of quarterly and annual wage & tax filings
- Participate in worker's compensation insurance, 401k, unemployment, and financial audits
- Respond to direct report, other department, and management inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist in identifying and implementing process efficiencies
- Perform adhoc analysis and other jobrelated duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of payroll experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, sciences, or related field preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of processing multi location payroll in system/ platform; Workday preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Deadlineoriented
- Selfmotivated
- Strong work ethic and team player
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong PC and technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience in a highgrowth organization is a plus

Physical Demands:
This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds and operates in a professional office environment using standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and frequently required to stand; walk; use hands and arms to reach, handle or feel.
Work Environment:
Hybrid (4 days in-office; 1 day remote)
