The third largest district of Steglitz-Zehlendorf is located in the southwest of Berlin and offers a comfortable climate for all people. This includes the eight districts: Dahlem, Lankwitz, Lichterfelde, Nikolassee, Schlachtensee, Steglitz, Wannsee and Zehlendorf. As diverse as our districts may be, so are our approximately residents with their individual needs. The goal of the district administration is for everyone to feel at home in Steglitz-Zehlendorf.

The Facility Management service unit manages, operates and administers buildings, facilities and equipment as a service provider for the entire district of Steglitz-Zehlendorf. The services within the Facility Management service unit are provided by the three departments: Property Management, Building Services and IT Department.

The Facility Management service unit of the Steglitz-Zehlendorf district office in Berlin is currently seeking a Project/Construction Manager for Building and Energy Technology (HLS) in the Building Services department, Technical Building Equipment (m/f/d).
