Position Overview:

Avra is in search of someone who is prepared to take on the role of supporting our successful team as one of our
Hostess on-siteat our
Beverly Hills location In detail, the Hostess is responsible for managing the phones and host stand, including but not limited to, the initial guest experience, clearly and efficiently communicating with all guests walking in and staff.

Additionally to also ensure guest service meets company standards with customer satisfaction maintained at all times at the front.


Job Description & Expectations:

• Welcome guests to the venue
• Responsible for being kind, presentable and professional
• Managing all phone lines in a timely manner
• Clearly communicates with everyone
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor the waiting lists
• Ensures the highest level of hospitality is delivered to all guest
• Manage reservations
• Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas
• Provide menus and announce the servers name
• Greet customers upon their departure
• Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
• Must be onsite with absolutely no possibility of remote work

Quality Assurance Requirements:

• Ensures that strict adherence is maintained regarding the standards of quality pertaining to customer service, including but not limited to:_
• Delivery of customer service
• Delivery of clear and precise communication
• Answering phone lines in a timely manner

What we are searching for:

• 1 year of previous host experience preferred
• Strong guest service skills
• Strong communication both in person & on the phone
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a deadlinedriven manner while working in a demanding environment

Salary Range:


$17-18 /hour

• Salary based on level of experience_
