The Physical Security Technical Excellence (TechEx) team is seeking a Senior Program Manager responsible for leading scalable physical security solutions across multiple supporting pillars. This role leads high-profile and business critical projects involving physical security site evaluation, design, construction and program management for our worldwide critical infrastructure including datacenters, leased collocations, and other types of facilities. This position is responsible for working directly with numerous internal and external teams, including regional Physical Security partners, security technology engineers, architects, numerous security vendors, construction / project managers, and customers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services across a wide array of stakeholders and priorities.

Minimum Qualifications:
* 4+ years experience in Security Program or Program Management or related field.
Other Requirements:
* Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Risks, or related field AND 8+ years experience in Security Program or Program Management
* OR equivalent experience.
* Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or equivalent Protection certification
* OR Physical Security Professional (PSP)
* OR equivalent Physical Security Certification.
Security IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 - $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 - $195,000 per year.

* Manage internal partner engagements and initiatives with Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) teams within CO+I.
