Overview:
We are seeking a Food Preparation Worker to join our team.

As a Food Preparation Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting with meal preparation and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Duties:

• Assist in menu planning and preparation of meals according to recipes and dietary guidelines
• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring as required
• Cook and assemble dishes under the supervision of the kitchen staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and kitchen area
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure food quality and prevent contamination
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely meal service
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities
