Description
- Provide facilities help desk support and first point of contact for customer queries and concerns.
- Create, assign, and monitor service requests in Ivanti Service Manager.
- Follow up with customers, facilities team, property management, and contract service providers as needed to ensure any problems are resolved.
- Create and update documents and spreadsheets such as contact lists, duty rosters, staff assignments, parking permit log, requisitions, and invoice payment forms.
- Send, receive, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supply inventories and submit office supply requests.
- Maintain filing system.
- Make copies and scan documents.
- Schedule meetings and assist with special events.
- Coordinate office equipment maintenance.
- Assist with distributing parking permits.
- Help maintain safety equipment and first aid stations.
Experience and Education
- Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have five (5) years experience as a General Clerk III or equivalent.
- Must possess strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Must have experience using Ivanti Service Manager or equivalent.
- Must be able to communicate orally and in writing utilizing a high degree of tact and diplomacy.
- Must complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner on or ahead of scheduled due dates.
- Must be resourceful, show initiative and skill to function in a demanding environment.
- Must show professionalism and have the ability to interact effectively with others.
- Must pay attention to detail and have the ability to complete task(s) independently.
