Technical Support JobResponsibilities:
- Provide our customers with notification, installation, training and support for our specific systems used for veterinary dental radiography
- Able to demonstrate leadership skills and take ownership
- Ability to document knowledge in the form of knowledge base articles, user manuals, training curriculum and other technical documents
- Commitment, focus, and followthrough needed to see problems through to resolution
- Strong computer skills needed to research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions
- Exceptional customer service skills and excellent communication skills to provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Superb written communication skills to ensure proper recording of all customer interactions and closure of all presented issues
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar
- Significant work experience in technical support, IT support, or as a technical engineer
- Aptitude for problemsolving
- Excellent clientfacing/customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to focus and followthrough to resolution of issues
- Ability to multitask, diffuse tension and work the issue at hand
Pay:
From $67,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
