Technical Support Job


Responsibilities:


  • Provide our customers with notification, installation, training and support for our specific systems used for veterinary dental radiography
  • Able to demonstrate leadership skills and take ownership
  • Ability to document knowledge in the form of knowledge base articles, user manuals, training curriculum and other technical documents
  • Commitment, focus, and followthrough needed to see problems through to resolution
  • Strong computer skills needed to research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions
  • Exceptional customer service skills and excellent communication skills to provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Superb written communication skills to ensure proper recording of all customer interactions and closure of all presented issues
Technical Support Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar
  • Significant work experience in technical support, IT support, or as a technical engineer
  • Aptitude for problemsolving
  • Excellent clientfacing/customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to focus and followthrough to resolution of issues
  • Ability to multitask, diffuse tension and work the issue at hand

Pay:
From $67,000.00 per year
