We're on the hunt for a Front Desk & Reservations Agent with a flair for customer service. Responsibilities in this role include upholding and enhancing guest satisfaction at all times, ensuring the smooth operation and organization of the Front Desk for seamless check-ins and check-outs, prioritizing guest happiness, and aiding guests and owners with lodging reservations. Responsibilities include:

Deliver genuine hospitality to guests and owners during their entire stay, guaranteeing contentment from initial contact to departure.
Interact with guests and owners in a friendly, responsive manner, tending to their needs and issues with transparency and assistance.
Boost revenue by employing effective up-selling tactics and sales strategies.
Cultivate collaborative relationships with all departments to streamline operations and achieve shared goals.

Location: Lodge Tower - Vail, Colorado

Job Opening: Immediate

Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Seasonal positions available (preference for full-time, but part-time for the right candidate)

Compensation: $21/hour + potential commissions on walk-in reservations (summer season only)

Schedule: Need to align work with another job in the mornings? Prefer set workdays? We offer flexibility with shifts as follows: 7am-3pm & 7:30am - 3:30pm, 3pm-11pm & 3:30pm-11:30pm, occasional mid-shift of 10am-6pm

Minimum Requirements:

Preference for customer service experience (training available for the right individual)
Must be 18 years or older
Fluency in written and spoken English
Proficiency with various office equipment such as computers, printers, calculators, fax machines, copiers, and telephones
