    We are in search of a friendly, punctual and dependable Part Time Front Desk Agent to join our team. If you are organized and thrive in a structured environment, we would love to meet you. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others and takes pride in their work, ensuring guests have the best possible experience.

    Nestled in the heart of Avon, Colorado, The Seasons is a charming property boasting 104 units & 12 commercial tenants. Surrounded by the stunning landscapes of the Rocky Mountains, it offers a tranquil retreat for guests seeking relaxation and adventure alike. With its inviting ambiance and top-notch amenities, The Seasons provides an unforgettable experience for visitors year-round.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests feel valued from the moment of arrival
    • Respond promptly to phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries and requests with professionalism and attention to detail
    • Proactively assist owners and guests with any needs or concerns, striving to exceed their expectations
    • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing packages, ensuring timely delivery to recipients
    Location: The Seasons - Avon, CO

    Start Date: July 2024

    Employment Status: Part-Time, Year-Round

    Pay Rate: $21-$24/hour depending on experience

    Schedule: 8-hour shifts between 9 AM and 5 PM, Saturdays & Sundays (Extra hours available to cover vacations & time off of other team members if interested)

    Minimum Requirements
    • Exceptional Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with guests, owners, and team members in a friendly, inviting manner.
    • Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office suite
    • Organizational Skills: Capability to maintain order in a fast-paced environment
    • Independence: Capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
