Description & Requirements

To further strengthen our Chief Operating Office Wealth and Asset Management, we are looking for a
Investment Guideline Management Employee to join our team at our Hamburg location in Old Monroe, MO as soon as possible.

In the Investment Guideline Management team, you will support our specialized and public funds in terms of investment restrictions, from onboarding and system implementation to monitoring.

You will implement both regulatory requirements and contractual and internal restrictions.

You can expect a diverse range of tasks across various asset classes, working closely with portfolio managers, our middle office, and external business partners.

Your tasks:

Exante and expost investment limit checks
Implementation of guidelines in the investment management software SimCorp Dimension and parameterization of the setup
Ongoing consultation with portfolio managers regarding limit utilization and interpretations
Support for new fund launches in terms of investment restrictions
Collaboration in the further development of the operational platform
Sparring partner for various departments and staff units (portfolio management, middle office, IT, ESG office, product specialists, compliance, sales)
Review and coordination of investment guidelines with our connected investment management companies
Screening and implementation of regulatory requirements

Your profile:

Completed training as a bank clerk or investment fund clerk or completed degree in economics
Ideally, some experience in a role at an asset manager, investment management company, and/or bank
Experience with the system platform SimCorp Dimension desirable, IT affinity
