  • THE ROLE:YOUR IMPACT:
  • Partners with the Talent Acquisition Partner(s) to execute on the talent acquisition lifecycle.
  • Schedule, monitor and communicate preemployment background checks and drug testing results to Talent Acquisition Partner(s); escalate any discrepancies.
  • Process onboarding paperwork for newly hired employees; exercise discretion with confidential material.
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders, including team members and business partners, to assist with recruiting and hiring needs.
  • Support recruiting related events as needed, attending at times.

YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent with one (1) or more years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related area.
  • OR equivalent combination of education and experience

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong customer focus and organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize competing requirements and meet deadlines.
