The Administrative Coordinator role will support the Auditor Hub team at SCS Global Services.
This position is responsible for providing support for auditor onboarding, performance tracking, qualifications, communications, and training at the corporate level.
This position requires the Administrative Coordinator to maintain professional relationships with staff, clients, and auditors. Strong attention to detail, professional communication skills, and ethical conduct are essential to the role.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operations Support
- Support the contract auditor onboarding and offboarding processes including coordinating contractor onboarding, handling contractor agreements, and approving onboarding documents
- Support the corporate auditor performance tracking system
- Support program personnel on the use of Salesforce in managing auditor qualifications
- Support auditor qualification maintenance through witness audit and training record tracking
- Support the Auditor Hub and SCS programs in process improvements related to auditor quality, and other contract auditorrelated systems
- Provide administrative support to the Learning Hub and Auditor Hub teams for auditor trainings
- Other responsibilities to support Quality Assurance and Auditor Hub teams, as needed
- Facilitate program preparation of auditor newsletters
- Assist with developing templates for internal and external communications
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma and
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent organizational, writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and learn information quickly
- Initiative and ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and work independently; responsive and adaptive
- Ability to switch tasks quickly and comfortably
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Fluency in English with professional experience in written and verbal communication
- Enthusiasm for SCS' mission
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
- Proficiency in other programs and database management systems
- Technical writing skills
- Fluency in Spanish or French
