Job Summary:
Busy Medical Office in Trumbull, CT seeks experienced FULL TIME RECEPTIONIST.
Pluses
- Medical insurance knowledge, electronic medical records experience (Modernizing Medicine), Klara, Microsoft office/Google docs, Social media platforms
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Schedule patient appointments and followup visits
- Maintain electronic medical records accurately and ensure confidentiality
- Verify insurance information and process payments
- Assist with medical administrative tasks as needed
Skills:
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Experience in a medical or dental office setting
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations for patient privacy
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment

Pay:
