JT Legal Group is seeking a dynamic manager to join our Client Relations team.

We are a Personal Injury Law Firm
- specializing in Auto Accidents.

Someone with Law Firm experience would be nice but not mandatory.


Duties include:

• Overseeing all sales calls and campaigns
• Planning and directing the training of new Sales Representatives
• Directing and coordinating all sales activities
• Preparing sales projections
• Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
• Handling and resolving customer complaints
• Making datainformed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
• Setting sales quotas and goals
• Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
• Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
• Defining and executing sales plans
• Working closely with Marketing Department to implement and execute new campaigns.
• Reporting to CEO any and all problems and ideas to make Sales team excel.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Experience managing the sales process and forecasting sales
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
• Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
• Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives
• Planning, organization and problemsolving skills
• Advanced time management skills

Pay:
$100, $200,000.00 per year
