    Who Are They Looking For?

    Are you a numbers wizard with a passion for precision? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every detail counts? If so, you might just be the perfect fit While a four-year bachelor's degree in accounting would be great, they are also open to rock stars with an associate's degree in accounting or no degree at all. Here's what else they are searching for:

    • 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
    • Excel proficiency
    • STRONG data entry proficiency
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Yardi software experience
    • Accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills

    What You'll Be Doing:

    Get ready to dive into the action with these major responsibilities:

    • Enter journal entries into the accounting software
    • Accruals/Deferrals/Prepaids
    • Ensure that reversing entries occur
    • Conduct monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
    • Conduct periodic reconciliations of mortgage accounts
    • Issue financial statements for Controller review
    • Assist with assembly of information for owners, investors, and regulating entities
    • Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
    • Assist the Controller with special projects
    • Special projects, as necessary
