Clearfield KS2401 Job Description

Position:
Project Scheduler

Responsibilities:

Creation and structuring of project schedules
Progress tracking and analysis of project timelines
Facilitation and documentation of project meetings
Preparation and followup of meetings
Conducting variance analysis and critical path analysis
Development of action plans and recommendations
Reporting to project management and steering committee

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field (preferably industrial engineering, civil engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.)
Minimum of 35 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably with Oracle Primavera or MS Project
Strong analytical skills, planning and organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
Fluent in German and English
