    Who You Are:
    A passionate and driven recruiting professional
    • Ideally with 1 2 years of experience in a healthcare recruiting role Ideally you are familiar with licensing for counselors, social workers, and other mental health professionalsAn exceptional manager of your time, and a goal driven team playerSomeone who values a quality over quantity approach to recruiting, and really enjoys talking and building relationships with candidatesSchedule: Full Time Monday to Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm MSTLocation: Remote
    • Some travel for training may be required for trainingCompensation: $24.

    What You'll Do:
    Talent Sourcing
    • Utilizing various sourcing methods, such as online databases, social media, professional networks, and other creative outlets to identify potential candidates for open position.

    Candidate Engagement
    • Engage with potential candidates and build relationships to generate interest in Sandstone Care as an employerCollaboration Partner with the broader Empowerment Team, Hiring Managers, and department leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

    Employer Branding
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of Sandstone Care branding strategies to enhance and hold our reputation as a top tier treatment facility in the mental health industry.

    Reporting
    • Prepare regular reports and metrics on talent acquisition activities, including sourcing effectiveness, candidate pipelines, and candidate feedback to determine the effectiveness of our sourcing strategies and provide recommendations for further improvementIf you feel comfortable sharing, please indicate your pronouns below as well as what name you prefer to go by:Do you have previous experience working in, or recruiting for, the behavioral health field? *What is your strength as a talent sourcing professional? *How did you hear about this position?
