How you contribute

  • Performing maintenance, inspection, and testing tasks
  • Conducting rounds inside and outside the building for condition monitoring
  • Monitoring and coordinating subcontractors on site and conducting acceptance inspections
  • Ensuring availability of equipment
  • Systematic troubleshooting and repair of technical building equipment
  • Documenting completed tasks

    • What you bring

  • Completed vocational training as an electrician or comparable qualification
  • Knowledge of maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting in the field of electrical engineering
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Relevant experience as a technical caretaker
  • Willingness to work on-call and in emergency situations
  • Driver's license class B
