For the event management of the RhönSprudel and Förstina brands, we are looking for a full-time employee (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible in a permanent position.

Event Management Employee (m/f/d)

Main tasks:

  • Planning of events, sponsorships and inhouse events for the RhönSprudel and Förstina brands in consultation with the team leader of brand management for each brand, as well as possibly the sales management and management
  • Independent organization, implementation and followup of all planned events, including:
  • Planning of goods and event/trade fair technology in cooperation with colleagues from the advertising material warehouse
  • Cooperation with sponsorship partners such as clubs/organizers
  • Representative tasks on behalf of the company (e.g. award ceremony at a weekend sponsorship event)
  • Support and implementation of PR measures, such as company tours
  • Contract and invoice management within the department within the approved order volume
