We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and help us to design, manage, and deliver our Real-World Data client projects.
In this role, the Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting projects by engaging with client stakeholders, documenting delivery strategy used to estimate costs, structuring work plans used in contracts, delivery of project communications, tracking project commitments and decisions, understanding client and health system processes, and translating customer requirements into actionable tasks.
Your commitment to excellence and dedication to quality and client value will drive efficiency and enhance our ability to replicate project components across clients and across health system delivery sites.
You will play a pivotal role as a valued member of our dynamic, multi-disciplinary team, which includes subject matter experts, data science/informatics specialists, and epidemiologists working together to meet client requirements.
Throughout the project lifecycle for each initiative you will act as a bridge between customers, the assigned Graticule delivery team, and partnering health systems or data providers.
You will be a key driver to ensure clear communication and producing accurate requirements and other essential materials that keep everyone aligned with the client project vision and enhancement of Graticule offerings.
Job FunctionsSupport sales, project planning, and contracting through resource modeling and documentation of project approach and planned deliverables
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to determine project scope and requirements
Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with stakeholders at client sites and participating health systems
Skillfully translate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements that are easily comprehensible to the solution development teams
Generate communications to manage client expectations during project delivery
Track milestones and status of project deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery including advisory services, external contracting, and development aligns with project requirements and timelines
Effectively communicate enhancements and modifications of business requirements, both verbally and through written documentation, ensuring a clear understanding of problems and proposed solutions by internal and external stakeholders.
Establish and maintain schedules, meetings, and coordination with team members and client stakeholders on assigned projectsEducation, Qualifications, & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a science, medical discipline, or related field.
3 -5 years of related systems (Real World Data) or business or business analyst experience.
Demonstrate in-depth expertise in resource budgeting, custom consulting project delivery, advisory consulting, and product based service delivery approaches
Showcase knowledge of user centric design methodologies (Agile, Design Thinking) and project tracking methodologies
Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Have a proven track record in eliciting requirements and establishing effective testing approaches.
Possess excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers and business partners. Ability to focus on the objectives that bring value to stakeholders.
Working or advanced knowledge of EHR and administrative claims data sets, applications of Real World Data, research and development processes at health systems and life science organizations, clinical trial recruitment and electronic data capture workflow, statistical analysis and visualization approaches to data, compliance including IRB ethics review or application security processes, and cloud services platforms.
Proficient in comprehending, analyzing, and interpreting documents, with the ability to solve problems and make decisions when faced with various options.
