- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all dogs in the facility
- Engage in playtime activities with the dogs, including interactive games and exercise
- Clean and maintain the daycare facility, including sanitizing play areas and equipment
- Assist with feeding and providing fresh water to dogs as needed
- Knowledge of dog behavior and body language
- Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments safely and confidently
- Strong communication skills to interact with pet owners and coworkers effectively
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed
