As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a team of workers and ensuring that all landscaping and groundskeeping tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members.

• Lead and supervise a crew of landscapers in various outdoor projects
• Coordinate and assign tasks to crew members
• Oversee the installation of landscape features such as plants, trees, and irrigation systems
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and fertilizing
• Ensure that all work is completed according to established timelines and quality standards
• Train new crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
• Monitor inventory levels of tools, equipment, and supplies
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Proficient in building and maintaining landscapes including planting, irrigating, and hardscape installation
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid and clean driver's license
