Your tasks

  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining contact with credit providers from digital marketplaces, e.g. BAUFINEX
  • Acquisition of credit intermediaries
  • Generation of inquiry leads and thus acquisition of new business/customers
  • Processing of credit applications up to the votable decision proposal including the credit decision
  • Achieving sales and quality goals
  • Marketing the service offerings of Hamburger Volksbank for private real estate financing
  • Involving internal business areas, especially MFK, as well as contact persons from the network
  • Receiving ideas and impulses from the market and operations, related to products and conditions, and providing feedback to the group leader for private real estate financing
  • Observing the economic area of Hamburg and the competitive situation and providing feedback to the group leader for private real estate financing
