Your tasks
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining contact with credit providers from digital marketplaces, e.g. BAUFINEX
- Acquisition of credit intermediaries
- Generation of inquiry leads and thus acquisition of new business/customers
- Processing of credit applications up to the votable decision proposal including the credit decision
- Achieving sales and quality goals
- Marketing the service offerings of Hamburger Volksbank for private real estate financing
- Involving internal business areas, especially MFK, as well as contact persons from the network
- Receiving ideas and impulses from the market and operations, related to products and conditions, and providing feedback to the group leader for private real estate financing
- Observing the economic area of Hamburg and the competitive situation and providing feedback to the group leader for private real estate financing
