    RESPONSIBILITIESAssess existing processes for areas of improvement utilizing Lean Manufacturing conceptsPerform root cause analysis to identify underlying issues that are resulting in process inefficiencies and/or products quality issues.

    Utilize improvement methodologies, i.e., Six SigmaDevelop, communicate, and mange projects to improve process or reduce product deficienciesMonitor process improvements for effectivity and evaluate opportunities for additional improvements.

    Develop and present training programs to educate personnel on process improvementsTrack and communicate process improvement initiatives and the output of these initiativesSolve practical problemsDevelop and assist with conducting process auditsTravel to facilities to identify technical issues with design, process, or equipmentAdditional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesKNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience as Industrial/Manufacturing EngineerLean Six Sigma knowledge:
    Possesses hands-on knowledge in data analytics, Pareto analysis, fishbone diagrams, 5 why analysis, impact vs. effort, other root cause analysis methods, systemic thinking, A3, 5S and pull systems.


    Project management skills:
    ability to track and drive towards project milestones and completion.

    Communication skills to effectively lead multi-disciplinary projectsFamiliar with industrial processes, preferably manufacturing equipmentAdequate verbal, written and analytical skills with a professional and helpful demeanor.
