    Essential Functions of a Patient Scheduler

Responsibilities:


  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for patients
  • Use phone systems to communicate with patients and medical staff
  • Ensure accurate and timely scheduling of appointments
  • Verify patient information and insurance details
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information

Required Education and Experience

  • Bilingual in Korean or Spanish (must speak Korean)
  • Previous experience in a medical scheduling role is preferred
  • Familiarity with phone systems and scheduling software is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial
    Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Korean / Spanish
  • 1+ years experience in Radiology preferred but not required
