- Participation in Line Daily Direction Setting meetings and daily plan execution.
- Lead aspects of Line Daily Direction Setting and maintenance planning.
- Manage Maintenance, Planning, and Scheduling ensuring timely completion of work.
- Analyze production schedules and estimate worker hours needed.
- Report key performance indicators related to downtime and maintenance backlogs.
- Compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with team and adhere to food safety regulations.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
- Supervise maintenance and repair of machinery.
- Drive improvement in production efficiency.
- Interpret specifications and assign duties to workers.
- Suggest measures to enhance production methods and equipment performance.
- Motivate workers to achieve goals and coordinate activities with other supervisors.
- Provide support during breakdowns and coordinate between operational and asset care teams.
- Create and track purchase orders and parts for maintenance tasks.
- BA/BS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years supervisorial experience in manufacturing/operations.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Effective team player with technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and using maintenance management systems.
