Two Palms Care Center is hiring for a Maintenance Supervisor


The primary purpose of the job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current existing Federal, State and Local Standards, as well as our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by your supervisor, to assure that a successful maintenance and groundskeeping program is maintained at all times.


Job Summary:


  • Ensure that maintenance schedules are followed as outlined for respective shift or area.
  • Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas.
  • Follows posted cleaning schedule with utilization of proper sanitation and cleaning methods.
  • Must maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc., and maintain the apperance of maintencance work areas.
  • Maintain regular attendance as necessary and essential to job function.
  • Ensures the cleanliness of the facility is maintained and all cleaning logs are keptupto date.

Qualifications:


  • Ability to read, speak and understand English
  • Ability to follow and complete directions and tasks in a timely manner
  • Ability to maintain a neat, clean and wellgroomed appearance
  • Ability to minimize waste of supplies, misuse of equipment., etc.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of times.
