Essential Job functions:

• Greet all customers with an engaging personality and provide quality customer service in a professional manner in accordance with our overall guidelines.
• Document all customer activities, resolutions, recommendations, and complaints in our system.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust amongst customers through open and interactive conversations.
• Manage customer complaints with ease and efficiency, provide practical solutions and escalate to necessary departments to ensure prompt resolutions.
• Go the extra mile to engage and support customers.
• Able to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Computer proficient with fast, accurate typing and data entry skills.

Key Skills:

• Previous Customer service experience
• Proficient with MS Office, data entry, and typing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Track record of overachieving quota
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of, or previous experience, with jewelry, watches, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a
  plus.

Education & Experience
Highschool diploma or equivalent

2 years minimum in customer service experience.
