Who we are looking for:
Compensation:
The target hourly pay range for this position is $22.00-$26.50.
The actual hourly pay rate offered depends on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the applicant's qualifications, geographic location, and external market pay for comparable jobs.

What you will do:
- Handle high volume of phone calls regarding policy questions and payment status
- Communicate personal umbrella underwriting guidelines to agents and brokers
- Process midterm and money endorsements
- Review policies and issue renewal offers
- Issue new business orders that meet underwriting requirements
What you need to have:
- 35 years of customer service experience
- 23 years of property & casualty insurance experience
- Detailoriented, organized, a quicklearner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
