What you can look forward to: As a Building Management Technician (m/f/d), you will be responsible for maintenance and repair measures inside and outside of our production and logistics buildings and outdoor facilities at our Rheine location.

This includes the following tasks:

Maintenance, upkeep, and safety:

Conducting and coordinating maintenance and repair measures for equipment and building infrastructure
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and conducting regular checks of fire protection systems and technical facilities

Troubleshooting and emergency repairs:

Quickly and effectively responding to malfunctions, identifying sources of errors, and implementing repairs to ensure smooth operations
Taking proactive measures during emergencies to minimize risks and ensure site safety

Documentation and cost management:

Creating detailed documentation of completed work and maintenance
Monitoring and managing maintenance costs, processing quotes and invoices, and ensuring accurate cost allocation

Coordination of service providers and project participation:

Managing external service providers and contractors according to quality standards, conducting training and checks during project execution
Assisting with planning and implementation of small projects
