- Lead and manage the pre-clinical pharmacology teams based in Boston as well as China.
- Develop and implement global strategies for pre-clinical research, in alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the designing, execution and analysis of pharmacology studies.
- Project management as well as budget and resource management.
- Act as point of contact between company as well as clients.
- Frequently travel between sites (in Boston and Beijing to oversee operations).
- PhD qualification in Immunology, Pharmacology, Toxicology or a relevant field.
- Previous experience working within pre-clinical pharmacology with a CRO or pharmaceutical industry.
- Previous experience working within a leadership role.
- Fluent in English and Chinese
