Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cupcake Froster to join our team.

As a Cupcake Froster, you will be responsible for creating beautifully frosted cupcakes by hand that will delight our customers.

This is a hands-on role that requires creativity, precision, and a passion for baking.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and frost cupcakes according to established recipes and guidelines
Use various frosting techniques to create visually appealing designs
Ensure consistency in frosting quality and presentation
Decorate cupcakes with sprinkles, edible decorations, or other toppings as required
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed, such as baking, packaging, or inventory management
Collaborate with the team to develop new cupcake flavors and designs
Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Experience:

Previous experience in food production or a similar role is preferred
Knowledge of food handling and safety practices
Familiarity with restaurant or culinary industry standards
Basic cake decorating skills are required
Ability to use kitchen tools such as knives and piping bags
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
