Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cupcake Froster to join our team.

As a Cupcake Froster, you will be responsible for creating beautifully frosted cupcakes by hand that will delight our customers.

This is a hands-on role that requires creativity, precision, and a passion for baking.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and frost cupcakes according to established recipes and guidelines
  • Use various frosting techniques to create visually appealing designs
  • Ensure consistency in frosting quality and presentation
  • Decorate cupcakes with sprinkles, edible decorations, or other toppings as required
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed, such as baking, packaging, or inventory management
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new cupcake flavors and designs
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Experience:


  • Previous experience in food production or a similar role is preferred
  • Knowledge of food handling and safety practices
  • Familiarity with restaurant or culinary industry standards
  • Basic cake decorating skills are required
  • Ability to use kitchen tools such as knives and piping bags
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
  • Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
