Billing Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the
Billing Coordinator include the following.

  • Daily Cash Receipt Entry.
  • Prepare and maintain invoicing.
  • Payable Reconciliations.

Qualifications/Competencies needed to perform the job as
Billing Coordinator successfully include:

  • Ability to multitask/work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must understand accounts receivable/payable with at least 1 year accounting experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate both orally an in writing on an above average level.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents.
  • Ability to deal comfortably and professionally with all levels of personnel.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, work independently and adjust to changing priorities.
