- You will build LTL logistics business from the ground up.
- You will have regional P&L ownership for LTL business.
- You will set the Regional go-to-market plans, business strategy & growth plans and lead product development.
- You will own Growth Enablement and Solution Design.
- You will partner closely with commercial to develop Commercial strategy and sales plans and drive execution.
- Owns Technical Sales for LTL, working closely with customers to develop solutions, customer strategies, and grow LTL business
- Responsible for overall results, growth, and profitability.
- Drive operations excellence by collaborating with delivery and customer experience functions
- A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, transportation, or something related.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transportation.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in personnel management.
- Ability to solve complex problems and articulate root causes with a strategic mindset.
- Proven track record of growing businesses and driving revenue growth.
- Able to drive projects to completion and organize/prioritize work. Sustain execution and urgency in the work processes.

The Regional Head of LTL Product is a key leader in driving growth and profitability across all Maersk Ground Freight business aspects. This leader is a business product owner with LTL experience and can deliver successfully against a P&L within a matrixed environment. The leader should be able to build a business, solve complex customer problems, and roll up their sleeves to deliver results, influence colleagues and executives, and deliver on the business ambitions of the overall LTL business.
