CTC Technologies, Inc. is a 20-year-old Ann Arbor IT services company. CTC was founded to service commercial customers with high-quality cabling, networks, and wireless systems across the country. We pride ourselves on our customer service, which includes punctuality, cleanliness, and doing the job right the first time.

Role and Responsibilities

Designing, building, implementing, and operating large scalable networks.
Working with customers to determine their requirements and develop plans to implement.
Providing engineering leadership to define and implement strategies to ensure scalability,

availability, and security.

Work with CTC partners to learn new product lines.
Creating and maintaining network documentation, network maps, and network processes.
Configure Fortinet, Cisco, Aruba, and Meraki routers, switches, APs, and WLCs.
Network security and vulnerability assessment.
Design, configure, and deploy Palo Alto Networks and Fortinet firewalls.
Experience with wireless site surveys and design with Ekahau.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
CCNA, CCNP, and/or CCIE or equivalent work experience
PCNSE or equivalent work experience
Fortinet NSE or equivalent work experience
CWNA and/or CWNP or equivalent work experience

Preferred Skills

Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, Palo Alto, and Aruba LAN/WAN technologies
Firewalls
Wireless
Customer service experience helpful
