    Responsibilities



    Sentinel is looking for an network onboarding analyst to join the team. As an Onboarding Specialist, your primary responsibility is facilitating our customer's technical transition to Sentinel's award winning support services smoothly and without interruption. This is a full-time role and can work remote with occasional support onsite at our Livonia, MI location.

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years experience in a similar role
    • Experience with Solar Winds and Networking is required
    • CCNA or CCNP is a plus
    • Ability to communicate effectively
    • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
    • A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
    • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
    • Must demonstrate a "can-do" attitude
